Apologies for the recent downtime. Our servers were functioning as normal during this period. The outage was due to a connectivity issue at the data centre, which unfortunately was completely out of our control.
We will be working closely with our data centre provider, to ensure this type of failure does not occur again.
At the back end of 2016, Equiphase started a server upgrade programme, which consisted of purchasing a brand new server, as well as upgrading and re-installing the existing servers with SSD drives. 10 months on, and the good news is that the upgrade programme is now complete.
