We have updated our Spam filter settings. With the MailScanner service you can control what happens to spam and viruses by changing the configuration in your cPanel control panel. To access the MailScanner configuration options, login to your cPanel account and click on "MailScanner Configuration".

We are aware that some ISP's block port 25 (SMTP) and forces you to use their own SMTP server.
To enable your mail client to use our SMTP server, please set it to use port 26 - this will bypass your ISP's block.
You should now be able to send emails.
